Here's how to place an order,

First, please make sure that you have turned on cookies for your web browse. To turn on cookies Click Here if you're using Internet Explorer (IE), Click Here if you're using Mozilla Firefox, Click Here if you're using Opera.

Step1
Browse through our catalog. Click "Shop Online" at the top menu, or simply choose one of our product categories in the left column.

If you see an item that you like, choose the quantity that you would like to order and then click "Add to cart". Make sure you have carefully selected the exact color & size you desire (if any).

You will be automatically be directed to the "Cart" page.

Step 3
If you would like to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping" and you will return to the previous page. If you have finished shopping, click "Checkout".

Note: You can view the contents of your cart anytime by clicking "Show Cart" on the left column.

Step 4
If you have not already registered go to Step 5. If you have registered just fill in your Username & Password in the Login Form on the left column and click "Login". Skip to Step 6.

Step 5
If you have not already registered, you would be taken to the registration page. Please fill in the required details. *Take note that it is important that you fill in the correct details to ensure the smooth process of your order.

Tick the checkbox to agree to our Terms of Service (you can read our Terms of Service if you would like to), confirm your details and click the "Send Registration" button.

Step 6
Checkout : Step 1 of 4 - Shipping Address. Here you may change/update your billing address. You may also add another shipping address different than your billing address. Choose which address that you would like your items to be delivered to.

Step 7
Checkout : Step 2 of 4 - Ship Methods. If you would like your item to be delivered choose "POSLAJU". If you would like to collect the item yourself, choose "Collect at Boutique". Note that the POSLAJU charges will be automatically calculated based on the postcode of your chosen shipping address.

Step 8
Checkout : Step 3 of 4 - Payment Method. You can now choose your preferred payment method. It is important that you notify us by email or sms once you have made the payment. Take note that we accept PayPal payment for international orders only.

Step 9
Checkout : Step 4 of 4 - Complete Order. This is your last change to change the Shipping Address, Shipping Method or Payment Method. If you would like to change any of these information, click the respective link on top.

Once you are satisfied with the details, leave a note if you want to and click "Confirm Order" to confirm you order.

Step 10
A confirmation email containing the details of your order has now been sent to the email provided in your details. You can view your order anytime either by referring to the email, or by logging in your account & click 'Account Maintenance'.

If you have chosen Bank Transfer as your payment method, please make sure to copy the Bank Account details provided. If you have chosen PayPal please email us your email address registered with PayPal. If you have chosen Collect at Boutique please email us the expected date of collection.
