1. General
1.1 Payment for orders has to be made within 3 days (which includes the date of order)
1.2 Any cancellation of orders without any form of notification may be barred from future purchases
1.3 Walk-in purchases or orders collected in person is applicable for a 3 days return guarantee, and delivered orders is applicable for a 15 days return guarantee
1.4 Colors displayed on the website might slightly differ from the exact colors of the item
1.5 Price stated on website does not include delivery charges
1.6 All prices stated are FIXED prices
2. Return Guarantee
2.1 The return guarantee starts from the date eightDesigns delivers (or you collect) your item , untill the day eightDesigns receive back your item
2.3 The return guarantee is only applicable for defect items or changing of size only. Strictly no cash refund.
2.4 If eightDesigns no longer have the same item (for defect returns) or the size that you desire (for changing of sizes) you may choose a different item of the same price.
2.5 If a different item of the same price is not available, you may choose a different item of a different price. If the price of the new item is higher, you are required to add in the difference, if the price of the new item is lower, eightDesigns will refund you the balance
2.6 For defect items, delivery charges for return (from you to us) & redeliver (from us to you) will be borne by eightDesigns. For changing of sizes, delivery charges for return & redeliver will be borne by the customer.
